Computerware Plus offer two levels of support services.  We can provide you with On Demand support with a "best efforts" response. We have access to a team of contracted engineers for urgent On Demand cases which our own engineers are not able to attend immediately. While we will make every effort to provide timely assistance to organisations making requests for On Demand support, we have a responsibility to the clients with whom we have support contracts, and must always attend to their needs first.

We therefore recommend clients take out formal Service Level Agreements with an agreed minimum response time and customer service level. This ensures your business will experience the minimum level of disruption. You can therefore expect the same excellent service levels no matter when you call.
